Circadian Cellars

Wine made in rhythm with time.

Circadian Cellars chooses unique vineyard sites from across the Rogue Valley, Oregon to create small batch wines. Our goal is to highlight the varietals that grow in the diverse climate of Southern Oregon and provide a new vantage point as envisioned by Chief Cellar Rat, Sara Garr.

Current Selections

Everything moves in cycles. Days turn into nights. Seasons repeat.

Wine changes in the glass, the bottle, and the cellar.

Circadian Cellars makes wine meant to move with you. Opened, revisited, and returned to again.

Our Approach

We don’t rush wine.
We don’t freeze it in place either.

We work with time. From fermentation, aging, and rest, we let each wine find it’s own rhythm. The goal isn’t perfection. It’s balance, texture, and longevity.

Wine for Living

These are not just special occasion wines. They’re for dinners that go long and conversations that circle back. They’re for bottles that don’t need permission.

open them now. open them later. open another.

Rooted in place

Our wines are shaped by where they come from: soil, weather, and the steady repetition of seasons. Each vintage is a record of it’s year, not a correction of it.

Time is the ingredient

Sara, our head winemaker and company owner, has been building Circadian Cellars since 2016, starting with a single barrel and an idea. Over the past decade, she’s shaped her own approach through hands-on experience and mentorship from some of Southern Oregon’s most respected winemakers.

Today, she leads with intuition, restraint, and a deep understanding of process. We hope to bring a fresh perspective to classic styles while carving out a voice that’s distinctly our own.
