2018 Viongier + Roussane Blend
My friend Andrea and I started our wine careers in the retail wine shop spaces, then explored other avenues. She went on to manage tasting rooms and currently works in distribution. I went to the production side. We consume buckets of wine and cheese with our friends. It’s a lifestyle. So together, we said “fuck it, let’s make some delicious juice.” And this elegant, saucy little beauty was born. I’m so fortunate to count you as a friend Andrea @wineslingerextraordinaire

. . . . . . . . . .The Layne Family vineyard has clout when it comes to extended age time in cellar. Quite frankly, I don’t know how my winemaking techniques will reflect on the various vineyard sites I’ve experimented with brand wide. We will be experiencing the life trajectory of these little gems TOGETHER
